Animals and birds shall be accepted for carriage by air upon prior agreement with the Carrier and shall be carried in the baggage compartment of the aircraft or in the passenger cabin.
When arranging the carriage of animals/birds, the passenger must provide the carrier with a veterinary certificate issued by a competent government agency and other documents required by the veterinary authorities of the country of destination.
The airline accepts cats, dogs (including brachycephalic breeds), birds and other pets, as well as service dogs.
You can obtain a vaccination certificate and a veterinary certificate from your veterinarian. After completing all the required documents, you need to receive confirmation from the airline to transport the animal. This confirmation can be requested at the airline's head office or at any agency in the city that sells tickets for the Airline's flights.
Animals and birds shall be accepted for carriage on the condition that the passenger/consignor assumes all responsibility for the consequences that may arise during carriage.

- It must ensure that the pet is kept in a clean, secure location, and protected from unauthorized access.
In the luggage compartment where animals/birds will be transported, no luggage or cargo containing foodstuffs may be transported, as there is a risk of contamination of the latter.
