To refund air tickets purchased on the Aero Nomad Airlines website, you must
1. Go to the "My Reservation" section.
2. Next, enter the reservation or ticket number and the passenger’s last name in Latin letters in the appropriate fields.
3. After selecting the return option, on the next page, you must click on the “Return” button
4. Next, the system will prompt you to select the passengers to whom you want to make a refund - you must mark the passenger and click “Continue”.
5. Next on the screen you will see a notification about a manual refund, and you can familiarize yourself with the rules for applying the fare for your air ticket. After reading the rules, you select “I agree to the terms of application of the tariff” and “Submit an Application”.
