Confidentiality Policy of "Aero Nomad Airlines" LLC in the field of personal data protection:

1.1. “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC shall take all necessary measures related to the protection of confidential information according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

“Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC’s organizational and administrative documents that function in the field of confidential information protection shall cover all elements of protection of confidential information provided by clients of "Aero Nomad Airlines" LLC.

1.2. “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC is an aviation enterprise, the main purpose of which shall be the carriage of passengers, baggage, cargo, and mail by air, as well as the execution of aerial work for a fee.

1.3. Processing of personal data of employees of “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC, family members of employees, former employees of “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC, pensioners, and candidates for employment shall be performed on the grounds of the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, other laws and relevant agreements between “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC and an employee, former employee, family members of employees, pensioners, candidates for employment, inter alia with consent for the processing of personal data.

1.4. Processing of personal data of passengers (clients) of “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC shall be carried out on the grounds of the following:

• Air Code of the Kyrgyz Republic;
• Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic;
• Law No. 89 of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Transport" dated 8 July 1998;
• Aviation Rules of the Kyrgyz Republic ARKR-20 "Rules of Air Transportation";
• Warsaw Convention concluded on 12.10.1929 (as amended by The Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955);
• Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules for International Carriage by Air (concluded in Montreal on 28.05.1999);
• Chicago Convention concluded on 07.12.1944;
• General Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage adopted by the International Air Transport Association (IATA);
• contract of air transportation of a passenger;
• consent of the website and mobile application of “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC users to the processing of personal data.

1.5. Processing of personal data of the persons subscribed to the advertising mailing and/or advertising information shall be carried out on the grounds of their consent for the processing of personal data provided by them to “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Personal Information" No 58 dated April 14, 2008.

1.6. Processing of personal data of persons who have provided their personal data to “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC or whose personal data have been transferred to “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC by a third party for processing by its order shall be carried out on the grounds of laws and relevant contracts, agreements between “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC and the third parties.

1.7. Personal data of partners and counterparties of “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC shall be processed on the grounds of contractual and other civil law relations between “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC and third parties.

1.8. Processing of personal data of persons for statistical and marketing research shall be carried out on the grounds of the consent of personal data subjects to process their personal data for statistical and marketing research.

1.9. Processing of personal data of individuals-candidates for the conclusion of civil law contracts and employment contracts with “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC shall be carried out on the grounds of the consent of personal data subjects to processing of their personal data.

1.10. Processing of personal data in “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC shall be carried out on the grounds of the following principles

• the legality of the purposes and methods of personal data processing and good faith;
• personal responsibility of employees of “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC, as well as individuals working for the air company on the grounds of a civil contract, or employees of a third party organization to whom “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC has entrusted the processing of personal data, for safety and confidentiality of personal data;
• presence of a permissive system of access to documents and databases containing personal data for employees of “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC;
• ensuring the confidentiality of personal data during their transfer, including cross-border transfer, to third parties;
• impartiality of personal data processing.

And also:

• the processing of personal data must be carried out lawfully and fairly;
• the processing of personal data must be limited to achieving specific, predetermined, and legitimate purposes;
• the processing of personal data that is incompatible with the purpose of personal data collection shall not be allowed;
• the combining databases containing personal data, processing of which is incompatible with each other shall not be allowed;
• only personal data that meet the purposes for which it is processed shall be processed;
• the content and scope of processed personal data must be consistent with the stated purposes of the processing;
• the processed personal data must not be excessive concerning the stated purposes of its processing;
• the processing of personal data shall ensure the accuracy of personal data, its sufficiency, and, where necessary, relevance concerning the purpose of personal data processing. “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC shall take necessary measures to remove or clarify incomplete or inaccurate data or ensure their acceptance;
• personal data shall be kept in a form enabling identification of the personal data subject for no longer than required by the purposes of personal data processing unless the period of personal data storage is prescribed by law, a contract to which the personal data subject is a party, a beneficiary or a guarantor;
• processed personal data shall be destroyed without the possibility of recovery, or shall be depersonalized upon achieving the purposes of processing or if it is no longer necessary to achieve such purposes unless otherwise stipulated by the federal law;
• personal data shall be processed in a manner that guarantees the security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, or elimination of data, using appropriate technical and organizational measures.

1.11. Personal data processed in “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC shall not be used for the purpose of causing property or moral damage to the personal data subjects, complicating the exercise of their rights and freedoms.

Personal data shall be provided by the clients of “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC voluntarily and can be changed (updated, supplemented, clarified, blocked, or deleted) at their wish.

The personal information provided by the client will be processed by “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC according to this Policy.

1.12. Personal data of the following categories of personal data subjects shall be processed in “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC:

• passengers/clients of “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC;
• employees who have labor relations with “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC;
• former employees of “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC;
• family members of employees, pensioners of “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC;
• candidates for employment;
• individuals who have contractual and other civil relations with “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC;
• dismissed employees;
• representatives of legal entities;
• persons who have subscribed to advertising mailings and/or promotional information, who have agreed to participate in market research;
• other persons who have provided “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC with their personal data or whose personal data have been transferred to “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC by a third party for processing on its order.

“Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC may process personal data, which the personal data subject has permitted to disseminate, in the manner prescribed by the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Personal Information" № 58 dated 14 April 2008.

1.13. Processing of personal data of passengers/clients of “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC may be carried out for the following purposes:

• performance of air carriage contracts where one of the parties is a personal data subject - a passenger (client), and provision of additional services during air carriage (including meals, special conditions during air carriage, in case of forced ticket return due to passenger's medical condition, hotel accommodation for passengers, etc.);
• implementation of the marketing program in the form of promotion of services, and goods using direct contacts through means of communication and advertising messages;
• ensuring aviation security and flight safety, inter alia when biometric information (e.g. facial recognition) is acquired during security screening before and after travel on flights or when voice identification is used when calling the contact center;
• provision of consulting services on matters concerning the booking (reservation) of seats on the aircraft, making amendments to the reservation, check-in for flights, reservation of specialized, additional services, special carriage, and other matters related to the conclusion and performance of the contract of carriage by air;
• implementation of requests from state control and law enforcement authorities.

1.14. Processing of personal data of an employee of “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC, a former employee of “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC, family members of employees, pensioners, candidates for employment shall be carried out exclusively in compliance with the requirements of laws and other regulatory legal acts for the purposes of assistance in employment, training and promotion, air transportation of employees and former employees of “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC, sending employees of “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC on business trips and business trips, ensuring personal safety of employees, monitoring the quantity and quality of work performed, and ensuring the safety of property according to the requirements of the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as for the implementation of social programs, medical and preventive purposes, performance of contractual obligations with counterparties (execution of powers of attorney, copies of documents containing personal data and other documents required to organize interaction with banks, interaction with counterparties to fulfill contractual obligations), issue of corporate payment cards, making business cards for employees, posting employees' personal data on the website of “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC on the Internet, participation of employees in professional skills competitions.

Processing of personal data of individuals who have contractual and other civil relations with “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC shall be carried out exclusively for the purpose of the implementation of contracts concluded with them.

Processing of personal data of representatives of the investment community shall be carried out within the framework of relations with investors and shareholders of “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC.

Processing of personal data of persons who have provided their personal data to “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC, including individuals who have contractual and other civil relations with “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC or whose personal data have been transferred to “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC by a third party for processing by its order, shall be carried out for the purposes of the implementation of the relevant contracts, agreements between “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC and the third parties.

Processing of personal data of personal data subjects, who gave their consent to participate in statistical and marketing research, shall be carried out exclusively for marketing purposes.

1.15. Processing of special categories of personal data, which according to the legislation include, for example, information on health status, race, and nationality, political views, religious or other beliefs, membership in trade unions, or intimate life, shall not be carried out by “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC, except for the following cases:

• the personal data subject has consented in writing to the processing of his/her personal data;
• personal data processing is carried out according to the legislation on state social assistance, labor legislation, and pension legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;
• personal data processing is carried out for medical and preventive purposes, for purposes of establishing a medical diagnosis, providing healthcare and medical and social services, provided that the personal data processing is carried out by a person professionally engaged in medical activities and obliged to maintain medical secrecy according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;
• personal data processing is carried out according to the legislation on compulsory types of insurance;
• personal data processing is necessary for the protection of life, health, or other vital interests of the personal data subject, or life, health, or other vital interests of other persons, if obtaining the consent of the personal data subject is impossible;
• in other cases, prescribed by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

1.16. Personal data of an employee, former employees of “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC, and candidates for employment may be processed in “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC, including surname, first name, patronymic, date of birth, place of birth, citizenship, residence address, photo (appearance), contact phone number, TIN, pension insurance document, gender, insurance policy number, data on education, profession, work experience, passport data, income data, bank details, payment card number, marital status, and family composition, military registration, data on employment, information on transfers to another job, certification, advanced training, professional retraining, awards (incentives), honorary titles, vacations, and social guarantees, health status, biometric personal data, information on the presence (absence) of an outstanding conviction. Data on health status shall refer to a special category of personal data. Data on the health status of personal data subjects shall be processed in “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC, inter alia within the framework of the performance of air transportation contracts.

1.17. “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC may process personal data of individuals, passengers/clients who have contractual and other civil law relations with “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC, inter alia

1. a) according to the requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic:

• surname, first name, patronymic;
• date and place of birth;
• address of residence;
• photo (appearance);
• type and number of the identity document used to purchase a travel document (ticket) and to cross state borders of the countries included in the itinerary;
• point of departure, point of destination, type of itinerary (non-transit, transit);
• travel date;
• payment card number;
• bank account details of the individual for payment transfer under the terms and conditions of the contract;
• gender;
• citizenship;
• prefix and suffix (Jr, Sr, Mr, etc.);
• contact details, telephone number, and e-mail address;
• numbers of visas and substitute documents, their validity periods, addresses in the territories of stay according to the route of travel;
• cookies and other digital data that are generated when you visit the site;
• the IP address and device location of the personal data subject;
• biometric personal data;
• a document on compulsory pension insurance;
• health status, including information about individual physical features/vital impairments, including impairment of vision, hearing, speech impairments, impairment of movement, and other impairments, information about which may be provided by the subject of personal data;
• data that are not related to special categories but may indicate religious beliefs, health status (data provided when ordering additional services (ordering special meals), and/or special services (ordering a shoulder strap, transportation of a wheelchair, portable oxygen concentrator/other medical equipment, oxygen for medical purposes, patient on a stretcher, with a plaster cast/orthosis/Ilizarov apparatus, airport escort, and assistance services with/without providing a wheelchair, transport of a guide dog of a visually-impaired passenger);
• TIN;
• educational background;
• income data;
• occupational data;
• data of the presented identification numbers (passports, cards);

1. b) according to the rules of payment systems, payment cards industry data security standards, and on the grounds of acquiring contracts (acceptance of payment cards), agreements with processing companies, concluded within the framework of acquiring, in addition to the data specified in subparagraph "a", the following may be processed:

• surname, first name of the payment card holder (client);
• payment card number;
• payment card validity period;
• payment card security code;
• authorization code.

1.18. “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC may process personal data of family members of employees, and retired employees of “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC, including surname, first name, patronymic, gender, date of birth, passport data, residence address and contact telephone number.

“Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC may process the personal data of persons who have provided “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC with their personal data, or whose personal data have been transferred to “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC by a third party for processing by its order. Processing shall be carried out for the purpose of implementation of contracts, and agreements between “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC and third parties where the list of processed data shall be specified.

1.19. “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC may process the personal data of persons who have subscribed to advertising newsletter and/or promotional information and agreed to participate in market research, including:

• name;
• email address and/or contact phone number.

1.20. Personal data of representatives of the investment community of “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC, representatives of legal entities, including business contacts specified in the business card can be processed in “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC:

• surname, first name, patronymic;
• name and address of the place of work;
• email address and/or contact phone number;
• job title;
• TIN;
• registration address;
• series and number of the identity document.

1.21. “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC may process personal data of the personal data subjects, who gave their consent for statistical and marketing research, including surname, first name, middle name, patronymic, date of birth, fender, information about residence addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, citizenship, health status (in case of disabled passengers), payment data, age, sex, actions performed at the website, responses during the research or participation in contests, etc.

1.22. The following types of personal data shall be processed in “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC:

• special categories of personal data relating to health status;
• personal data of employees of “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC;
• personal data of personal data subjects who are not employees of “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC;
• other categories of personal data.

1.23. “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC may perform the following actions (operations) with personal data of personal data subjects: collection, recording, systematization, structuring, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing, processing), search, selection, retrieving, use, examination, disclosure through transmission (distribution, provision, access), review, copying, reading, grouping or combining, selection, anonymization, blocking, removal, erasure or destruction - as well as may perform any other actions stipulated by the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, with or without the use of automation means, inter alia in information and telecommunication networks, if the personal data processing without such means corresponds to the nature of actions (operations) performed with personal data using automation means, i.e. allows searching personal data recorded on a material carrier according to a specified algorithm, and contained in filing cabinets or other systematic collections of personal data, and/or access to such personal data.

1.24. According to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, the personal data subject shall be entitled to apply to “Aero Nomad Airlines” LLC with a request to obtain information regarding the processing of his/her personal data, to clarify his/her personal data, to limit their processing, block or destroy (if personal data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or are not required for the stated processing purpose).

1.25. The request shall contain the number of the personal data subject's or his/her representative's main identity document, information on the date of issue of the above document and the issuing authority, information confirming the personal data subject's
